Collection of orders must be collected within 7 days of completion. Thereafter a storage fee will be charged.

Yes we can - it might be subject to a design fee depending on requirements.

Due to backup of orders the estimated time is 4 - 6 weeks. The product can be completed earlier.

Yes for lay-by we require a deposit of 20%  and up to 4 months to pay the remaining 80%. A 5% admin fee is required to do lay-bye.

Normally  50 - 60% deposit is required upon order.

The full deposit will be returned unless the manufacturing process of the product has begun. Then 30% gets forfeited from the deposit for material coverage.

Products may be collected or delivered once the total amount has been paid and reflected into our account.
